Adi-Fbox®
Adi-Fbox® is a box-type spray shield that is installed around pipes or flanges. It prevents employees from being sprayed by hazardous substances, such as acid or hot oil, in the event of a flange or valve failing. The spray shield also prevents hazardous substances from entering areas that present a fire hazard.
The box solution seals off a potential leek. Inside the module, there is a narrow airspace but no actual thermal insulation. If requested, this can be added to the product.
EASY TO INSTALL, OPEN AND RECLOSE
Adi-Fbox® is constructed of metal modules attached to each other. Thanks to its modular structure, the product is easy to install, open and reinstall. The modular components are light and easy to handle and open, compared to traditional solutions. No special tools or employees specialised in installation are needed to open the module and the work can be carried out by the regular staff at the site.
ADVANCED LOCKING SYSTEM – TIGHT AND SECURE
One vital component of the solution is its advanced locking system. It is located inside the module, ensuring that the seams of the modules adhere tightly to each other. This prevents leaks effectively. The locking system also guarantees that the lock cannot open by accident. This product significantly improves personal and fire safety in places where vents and flanges may cause dangerous situations.
